You kind of start to see from the theatrical releases that award season hasstarted. Every now and then some films fall from the tree with a good actingperformance or that did well at the film festivals this year. But luckily thisweek there is also just an average anti-Christmas movie with a violent SantaClaus.

Bones and All

Bones and All is about the love that develops between Maren (TaylorRussell), a young woman trying to survive on the margins of society, and Lee(Timothée Chalamet), a rather intense homeless boy. Together they embark on averitable odyssey that takes them through the back roads, hidden passages andtrapdoors of Ronald Reagan’s America. But in the end, all roads lead back totheir terrifying past and to a defining moment that will determine whethertheir love can overcome their otherness.

Plus que jamais (More Than Ever)

The 33-year-old Hélène has been living happily with Mathieu in Bordeaux foryears. Their deep bond is tested since Hélène has been diagnosed with a rarelung disease.
